Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

Our standard minimum production quantities are:

Pricing

Pricing is based on product specifications, customization requirements, order quantity, and production complexity.

Standard pricing includes:

• Sample Production $70 per piece
• Custom Design Service $150 per design
• Digitizing  $20 to $50
• Screen Print Setup $10 per color

A detailed quotation will be provided before production begins.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required before production begins.

The remaining balance must be paid before shipment.

Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority.

We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your order, subject to product inspection and compliance with our return policy.

Customized products may require additional review before refunds are approved.

Quotations

Every quotation is prepared based on current material costs and production requirements.

If supplier pricing or material availability changes, customers will be notified before production continues.

No pricing adjustments will be made without customer approval.

Artwork Requirements

To ensure the highest print quality, artwork should be submitted in:

• AI (Adobe Illustrator)
• EPS Vector Format

High-resolution PDF files may be accepted when appropriate.

Digital Proof Approval

A production proof will be sent for approval before manufacturing begins.

Please carefully review:

• Dimensions
• Colors
• Spelling
• Placement
• Product Details

Production begins only after written approval has been received.

Color Matching

We strive for accurate color reproduction.

For precise matching, customers should provide official Pantone (PMS) Color Codes.

Please note that specialty inks and certain fabric materials may produce slight color variations.

Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, trademarks, or designs, the customer confirms they own or have legal authorization to use those materials.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, artwork created by Athletics Prime Wear remains our intellectual property.

Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to reject any order containing content that is:

• Offensive
• Illegal
• Racist
• Sexist
• Discriminatory
• Hateful
• Defamatory
• Infringing on intellectual property rights

Promotional Use

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Athletics Prime Wear may photograph completed products and use them for:

• Portfolio
• Website
• Social Media
• Marketing Materials
• Advertising

No confidential customer information will ever be disclosed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order Changes

After production approval, only quantity changes may be accepted.

Additional charges and extended production times may apply.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Orders cannot be canceled after production has started.

Custom Cut & Sew orders cannot be canceled once manufacturing has commenced.

Production & Turnaround Time

Estimated production times are:

• Sportswear — 10–15 Business Days
• Promotional Apparel — 10–15 Business Days
• Headwear — 10–15 Business Days
• Custom Patches — 10–15 Business Days
• Cut & Sew Manufacturing — 2–3 Weeks

Rush production services are available for an additional fee.

Production schedules may be affected by supplier delays, holidays, customs clearance, or shipping carriers.

Damages, Defects & Misprints

Customers must report any manufacturing defects or printing errors within 7 days of delivery.

Claims are reviewed against the approved production proof.

To accommodate production tolerances, we recommend ordering approximately 3% additional units.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected products.

Legal Terms

Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Athletics Prime Wear harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal expenses arising from submitted artwork, trademarks, copyrights, or the use of supplied products.

Late Payments

Outstanding balances are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

Returned or dishonored payments will incur a $30 processing fee.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Athletics Prime Wear, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Services.

These terms are designed to ensure a smooth production process while protecting both our customers and our company.
